Client Journeys - Hannah

I started training with Alan a few years ago with a friend, to help me lose weight that I had put on whilst at university. Alan has not only helped me reach my goal weight, but has also helped me with my running and strength training. This has helped with my mental health and my confidence.

His personal training sessions are fun yet challenging. I always look forward to our training sessions, no matter how much of a bad day I have had, I always come out in a happier mood.

I continued training throughout my pregnancy, Alan would adapt the workouts for me as I progressed through my pregnancy and I managed to continue working out close to delivery. I have recently returned to PT after having my son via a c-section. I was worried about returning to exercise, but Alan has been encouraging and positive in my recovery. I look forward to getting back to where I was pre-pregnancy.

Even in Hannah’s third trimester, she managed to snag my kettlebell swing award!
