Lift Strength Training in Oxford

LIFT Strength training twice weekly in Oxford.

LIFT, running every Monday and Wednesday evening, is a great session for those that want to work on their strength in a safe, supportive and encouraging small group environment.

Strength is a the very core of Griffin Fit and everything we do is based around it. Science is stacking up to support that strength is the most important part of long life health as it supports mobility, avoids injury, fights of disease and even helps maintain cognitive health.

I want everybody to be able to do some kind of  strength training and with this in mind the sessions welcome YOU regardless of your level of experience or age.

Experienced lifters can enjoy the fun group environment, whilst newbies can gain confidence and feel supported by like minded individuals wanting to be their best.

There are no egos, no competitions, no expectations.

These sessions are unlike personal training as the plan is to focus on three or for exercises per session, and take turns as you support each other and hopefully learn to enjoy lifting weight.

Injuries and mobility issues can all be improved by strength training so don’t fear lifting.

We can always modify or alternate to ensure everybody gets a real strength training experience.

Groups of up to 5 people so not intimidating and overly busy.
