My name is Alan Griffin, I’m a strength and conditioning specialist. As a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist, I’m passionate about your goals.

I studied at the YMCA central London training facility (the UK’s centre of excellence since 1844) earning my advanced diploma in personal fitness training. This covers all areas from basic fitness through to strength training (Including nutrition, weight loss, muscle building, suspension training, pad work, HIIT, etc).

I also studied at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine where I achieved my diploma in Sports massage therapy. Massage can help in many ways, from basic stress relieving gentle techniques through to deeper tissue manipulation for athletic and mobility conditions.
