Run by Alan Griffin, a fitness fanatic for over 20 years, Griffin Health & Fitness is Oxford’s one stop fitness solution. Alan offers a combination of personal training one on one or small group sessions, boot camps, sports massage and nutrition. Personal training sessions can be run from home or at East Oxford’s Pure Gym, where Alan is an instructor, running regular weekly fitness classes. Boot camp sessions are run weekly in Headington Quarry.
